"I have just spent 2 nights here. Staff were so very helpful and friendly. I arrived early and my case was stored until my room was ready. I was then given an upgrade much to my delight. Room was very spacious and had everything I could need including fridge and complimentary snacks. My room looked out onto the Cathedral. Hotel is well placed for sightseeing. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making my stay great in wonderful Winchester."

"The whole experience at the Retreat is superb. The friendly staff the, the deco and surroundings are lovely and it has a great relaxed feeling. It is luxurious without feeling stuffy. I went with my daughter and we had a great time relaxing around the outside pool."
